JAS’ commitment to deliver projects on time and within budget means we proactively monitor the contractor’s schedule and budget by managing project documentation, including correspondence and submittals, and overseeing work in place to ensure that it complies with the contract documents, schedule, and quality standards. We closely monitor contract costs to ensure that the project remains within budget.

Our experts identify methods and materials, direct and indirect, to maximize property and land improvements that qualify for accelerated tax depreciation deductions. JAS manages the design and construction process of any capital project and provides detailed records of facts and circumstances to support an accurate cost segregation report so our clients can take advantage of depreciation tax deductions.

JAS focuses on energy consumption in order to provide cost savings for our clients. In a broad review of energy utilization, particularly in the area of lighting, we target wasted kilowatt-hours (kWh). By identifying systems and conservation measures that exceed ASHRE standards, we provide our clients with information that results in reduced energy costs as well as tax deductions, and State and local utility cash incentives. We apply for those incentives on behalf of our clients and ensure that they receive maximum rebates.
