Brown Brothers Harriman

Brown Brothers Harriman retained the Furniture Management group as part of their team when designing their new technology hub in Jersey City, NJ. This new 80,000 square foot facility, housing more than 600 staff on two floors, consists of open plan workstations, board rooms, video conferencing rooms, a communications (command) center, lounge/ break-out areas and a marketplace dining/multi- purpose area.

In concert with the architect, JAS challenged existing workstation standards and brought to the BBH team the latest in open planning concepts and technologies. JAS took the lead in the selection of manufacturers through showroom tours, mock-ups and competitive bidding. Other items in their scope included design assistance for custom conference tables and design of custom banquettes. JAS provided on-site supervision throughout the delivery installation phase.

The JAS Furniture Management team served as the link between BBH, the architect, contractor and furniture dealer throughout this process. JAS managed and delivered this project on time and on budget.
